When any new book covers a selected number of subjects and records a hundred years of progress, there
will always be those keen enthusiasts who take exception to something in the text because any selection
of anniversary includes some subjectivity. Here, the author has researched diligently and produced a
selection of TT bikes that most would acknowledge as outstanding machines from an outstanding racing
history.

The text reads well and displays the level of careful research behind the book. There is a large collection
of images that are spread through the body of the book and the publisher has ordered the printing in full
colour, so that all images available in full colour are reproduced accurately and for maximum impact.
Where only monochrome images are available, the printing approach has obtained the maximum detail
in crisp reproduction.

This book will be greatly appreciated by enthusiasts of biking, racing and the unique Isle of Man TT
Races on a demanding and potentially highly dangerous circuit.
